Return Policy :
Return or exchange of a product is only given within 15days of delivery. If only the wheel was purchased from Netwheels, no refunded is given on wheels that have been mounted and balanced by some other company or by customer themselves. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. This is done by first calling Netwheels.net  and getting a return authorization number (RAN). No return will be accepted without a RAN. Once a customer receives a RAN it is valid for only 30 days. After 30 days the product will not be returned or exchanged. The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging a product to Netwheels.net. Any shipment received in other then brand new condition will be charged 25% restocking fee of the total amount. All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total invoice. If a customer refuses a shipment the customer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred to and from the customer’s delivery address and will also be charged a 10% restocking fee of the total purchase price. Absolutely no refund or credit will be issued for defective of damaged merchandise until it is returned and inspected to  shipped from address customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to the above address. Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a $60 handling fee and 10% restocking fee addition to all shipping charges incurred. The purchase price at the time of sale is final.
